Q3. How I start bidding ?
Ans. Login to your Account and just click on the “Bidding”
button to place your bids. The Bid you place will be the highest Bid at that
moment.
Q4. Do I need to be near/ have a computer & Internet
for bidding ?
Ans. No, you can use your friend ‘BidFriend’
to help you when you are away from/don’t have the computer and internet but
still want to participate in the bidding of your favourite product. All you have
to do is set on your ‘BidFriend’ for a price range, min & max
price and the number of bids you want to place. BidFriend will place bids
automatically for you.
After placing the first Bid for you, your ‘BidFriend’ will place bids on your
behalf at preset price intervals or at random if don’t set any price interval,
for a number of times you have selected or till the bidding closes, whichever is
earlier. You win the Bidding if your Bid matches the highest bid price set for
that product. The Bids that weren’t used in the Bidding by “BidFriend” will be
credited back in your E2bid Account after you win.

Ans. Yes company is duly registered with registration of companies.
Q6. I closed a bid what next ?
Ans.On being successful bidder by bidding on the closing bid,
the E2bid team shall contact you and shall deliver to you the coupons for
the product on which the bid is closed and earned by you as a successful bidder.
On delivery of the coupons, the winner shall choose the nearest seller from the
available list of sellers and contact the chosen seller. You are required to pay
to the chosen seller, directly at the time of handing over the coupons, the
amount at which the bid is closed towards discounted purchase price which shall
be received by the chosen seller against the product. In return, you take the
delivery of the product either by hand on the spot or inform the seller to
deliver the same at the address mentioned in your application form which you
submitted at the time of joining E2bid. The Seller shall deliver to you,
the product within reasonable time at the said address, however subject to the
availability of stock at the time of submission of coupons and closing bid
amount, which shall be verified by you either over the phone or personally. The
contract of sale and purchase of the products shall be exclusively between the
successful bidder and the seller of the products. E2bid itself is not a
seller. Any warranties, after sales service etc. in respect of the product shall
only be provided by the concerned seller as per its standard policies which come
alongwith the product. The role of E2bid is confined to providing coupons
for subsidizing the price of the product to be sold to you by the seller.
Note: The displayed price is the price at which the Bidding is
closed.
Q7. What is “Guarantee 10%”?
Ans.It is our GUARANTEE that closing price of any Bid will never
be more than 10% of the MRP of the product, as E2bid undertakes to
pre-negotiate substantial discounts from various sellers or heavily cross
subsidise the purchases by the successful bidders in all cases by way of
independently paying financial subvention to the concerned sellers for making
them agree to sell the goods to the successful bidders/ purchasers at prices not
exceeding 10% of the MRP.

Q24. What to do if the product I have received has some fault
?
Ans.Inform our team within 3 days of delivery of your product at
support@E2bid.com by providing complete detail. We will need to
know the Product ID , Sellers details, and the serial number of the product as
this information will help us to deal with your problem without delay.
Please don’t send the item back to us without contacting us . If your product
needs to be replaced, we will contact you and let you know.
